Kennet Way Park is in desperate need of some TLC. We are a large village with over 1000 children but the park, as lucky as we are to have one, unfortunately, does not captivate children for any real length of time. Most of the equipment is old and outdated. The area lacks character and basic ammenties but has the potential to be a really fantastic space.

So our mission (and it is a big one) is to raise a grand total of £125,000 to renovate, extend and build a brand new, exciting, creative and imaginative play space and green space area for the residents of Oakley to enjoy for years to come.

We have until September 2019 to raise the funds and we hope to have a completed project installed and ready to use by autumn 2020.
