Hello everyone,

We have organised a woman's fitness fundraiser on the 19th May 2018 to raise money for our charity of the year Leeway. You can learn more about the organisation at https://www.leewaysupport.org/

As someone that has had to have the support on Leeway in the past I have seen first hand how important it is for them to be able to carry of doing what they do!

So far I have let me story be published in a book and taken part in a body confidence calendar to help raise money for Leeway! Now it's time to get active!!

It is a day of different fitness sessions - Brazuca, Circuit training and Yoga. We also have a mindfulness session too. I welcome any of you to come along and join in. Message me for details of the event.

So this means I'm calling on all my friends to support me and donate as little or as much to this as you like!

All money raised will go to Leeway so that they can keep doing the amazing job they do.
