Brixham RFC ' The Fishermen' started in 1875 and is a big part of the Brixham community. Brixham youth rugby provides training and matches for over 200 children. All coaches and helpers are volunteers.
When the boys reach their under 15s year it has become a bit of a tradition to organise and fundraise to send them on a tour, where hopefully memories are made and never forgotten. The tour will enforce all the values of rugby - Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship which make the game special for those who enjoy the environment and culture they create.
With a large squad of 28+ our fundraising needs to start asap. We are trying to make the tour affordable for all players.
With coffee mornings, cake sales, family fun days already taking place we are all busy busy busy.
All the boys are working hard helping us with all our events we have planned.
