Khansa Amin is a 10 year old girl with the diagnosis of a metabolic disorder called Pompe disease. Khansa is wheelchair bound, tracheostomy ventilated 24 hours a day and currently sleeps in the living room. This means khansa has a lack of privacy and space. The bathroom is also unadapted meaning even simple things like having a bath is extremely difficult For Khansa. We are raising money for funding for Khansa’s house to be adapted to meet Khansa’s needs. This means adding an extra bedroom, bathroom and a lift to get khansa upstairs to her new bedroom safely.
