After finding my sisters memorial bench damaged by vandals, I was deeply saddened.

I made the decision to make something positive out of this situation and signed up for a cycle from Vietnam to Cambodia in memory of Marni to raise money to allow me to replace her bench with a plastic recycled vandal proof bench. However in my research, I found that it sadly was not only my sisters bench in Tain that had been destroyed/damaged. I am now carrying out local fundraising to raise further money to hopefully enable me to replace all the benches (should the family's wish) with these recycled plastic vandal proof benches.

Therefore, I ask you all to support me in donating anything you can to allow me to replace all benches in the Rose Gardens with vandal proof benches, this allowing the loved ones and friends of these individuals somewhere they can sit and feel close to their special person.

Each bench is going to cost approximately £650 so this will be my starting target until I have heard back from all the family's regarding there approval on having their loved ones benches changed into vandal proof benches also.

My cycle is self funded so all monies raised will be going to help replace the damaged benches.
