When I was 14 years old, I made it onto the British Youth Lead Climbing Team. Since then, I have traveled all over Europe competing in European and World competitions.

Since being in the British Team, I have been placed 15th in Europe and was ranked 25th in the World rankings. In 2015 I became British Champion for Lead, and in 2016 I was British Champion for Lead and Speed events. This year I am Welsh Champion and hope to retain my overall British title again in October.

Climbing has recently entered a new exciting era, as it has been taken on for the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2020. This is an awesome opportunity for everyone in the sport and I am training really hard with my first goal being selection for the Youth Olympic Games in 2018.

The total cost to attend the competitions and training events this year exceed £6000. I am looking for support for two of these competitions that will be taking place in September this year: The World Youth Championships (Lead, Speed, Boulder) - Innsbruck, Austria and The European Youth Championships (Lead, Speed) – Perm, Russia. The Cost of which is £1600 to cover travel and accommodation costs.
