Meet Maisy, she was rescued on the 1st May 2018 by myself and my partner. She is approximately 9 years old! After just 4 days of being with her new family, she collapsed unable to move. Maisy was taken to the local emergency vets who then transferred her to Pride Veterinary, in Derby, approximately an hour's drive away from home. After an MRI scan and numerous tests it was determined that she has Polyradiculcneurits, which is a "creeping paralysis due to the inflammation of the nerves where the white blood cells are attacking the nerves". So far the treatment has exceeded the insurance limit of £4000. Though Maisy has only been part of our family a short time, her getting better and recieving the help she needs would mean the world to us. Please help us raise the rest of the funds she requires to live out her life with a family that loves her. Any amount will help to save our Dalmatian’s life. Any unused funds will be donated to the Pride Veterinary hospital.
