Jess is 9 years old and is fighting Neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer. She has been fighting this disease since she was 3 years old. Jess would like a holiday in New York. We would like to try and help her with her dream so that she can enjoy her time whilst she is not receiving the gruelling treatment she has to go through.
