£1,488raised of £4,700 target by 27 supporters

Weʼve raised £1,488 to provide Wellbeing Bags for all new Year 7 students in Dinnington - giving kids the things they need for a good start

Funded on Tuesday, 7th August 2018

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Starting school is tough. We know it's made harder for lots of kids by not having all the things they need for a good start.

We want to change this. Kindness & Co is working with Dinnington School to provide Wellbeing Bags for new Year 7 students starting in September. We will provide all the basic items we think every young person needs for a good start to school ; from basic hygiene products to mental health and bullying information, books and stationary.

There will be around 350 children joining the school. That's a lot of kids and a lot of stuff. But we're determined and we know we have our local community behind us.

A donation from Dinnington Group Practice, following a World Cup sweepstake. The winner, Mel Barnes, decided to give all the proceeds to your good cause.
