    Story

Kithwene is a village near to Meru about 3 hours drive north of Nairobi. The people there have no income other than their farming. They are very poor yet when we met them they were very warm and welcoming and shared food with us and presented us with hand made gifts. They have been experiencing severely heavy rain and there are many floods. Their crops and lifestock are being destroyed, they will shortly have nothing to eat or to sell. I have a friend who works for the church there and I want to send money to help them survive this terrible time. £200 can provide enough food to feed many many people for many months.
