Hi all. Where to start,
Could I just firstly say I have thought long and hard before asking for help and I know some may say I have no pride, I probably havnt and I'm at my whitts end but I do adore my fur babies and after lots of stress, heartbreak and loss of sleep I am asking for your help.
As many of you will know my gorgeous Daphne is very ill, she has been for weeks now and we finally got some results back which are not good. I havnt publicised this but my poor baby Roma has multiple health problems too and has had various tests, seen a specialist and various operations to go through. As you all know I have been struggling healthwise with cancer and now other painful ilness's and the past month with me and the babies ill has been hell on earth.
I am no longer able to work, not by choice but because my cancer is incurable and that has taken away not only my self worth and pride but also made it financially draining.
Please... be certain I am a responsible basset mummy we have insurance for them all but.. because of the different and varying illness in both babies I find myself in a mess and owing money for treatments as each treatment has it's own excess!!! Not only that poor Daphne is insured for 4k, we are already nearing that figure and her treatment could go on for months, she has lung disease, pneumonia and some very bad and tricky bacteria. I am asking for your help please, I have always done my best to help other poor babies, I have 2 rescue bassets, Daphne is one. Can anyone think of a way to help me raise some money to cover some of the cost as I am in a difficult situation. I will do anything... run naked on the beach if I have to, altho not advisable 🤣
I'm so sorry to ask but I need to clear around approximately £500 in excess fees and whatever Daphne treatment could be if it runs over the 4k.
I'm so embarrassed but frightened of loosing her. Any monies left would go to BRNGB. If you can help, have an idea I would greatly appreciate it.
