Hi, I'm Kwame and I work for Ruff & Ruby as a Lifecoach/Mentor and Ruff Diamondz Co-ordinator. My role means I'm directly working with young people to positively impact their lives through 1:1 solution focused mentoring, creating action plans to identify positive steps forward.
Two young people that my work has directly impact are C.J who had low self-esteem and not many friends.

After working with C.J, his confidence grew and was able to make new friends and feel better about life after such a rocky past. He stated "I can now be my self and not have to pretend to make friends."

Another young person was, S.O. Before working with him, he was associated with a local gang in his area, and participated in antisocial behaviour.

After working with S.O, he is not longer associated with this local gang or taking part in any form of antisocial behaviour. He is now using his time to play football and making new positive friends.

I would really appreciate your support as this is a cause i feel passionately about, to help young people such as C.J and S.O.
