I can't get my head around what I am about to write.

Sandra Berry, my best friend's Mum, my mentor and inspiration has been taken away from us. Sandra believed in me so much, sponsored me so I could look the part in my boxing kit, always made me laugh and gave the best kisses and strongest cuddles. I will never forget the sense of self-belief and encouragement she always gave me, and many others.

The outpouring of loving messages about San is overwhelming and I know the Berry's are most grateful for the love as they deal with unimaginably hard times.

The last few years I have been fundraising for charity, fighting for Sandra's recovery. In her honour I would like to raise as much as I can to support a charity that Sandra had so much passion for - Charlie's.

I love you and I PROMISE to keep working hard to be the best I can be and look after the Bug Squad. I know you will be with me every time I find things hard and give me the strength you were so well known for.

Next week I am fighting again, you enabled me to have my Bug gloves so I am confident I will be more powerful than ever with you in there with me. Thank you for everything San, I will miss you every day. xxx"
