I would like to share my story with you. Clearly, simply, honestly.

I was never a man to ask for help no matter what but I always have been incredibly grateful for every support I received from anyone.

I have a DREAM. I would like to become an Olympic Champion.

I spent my life chasing that dream in hope one day it will come true.

I have represented Hungary as an athlete for 15 years. I competed at my first international tournament when I was 17. I took part in 2 Olympic Games, 5 World Championships, 4 European Championships and countless national tournaments.
My life is dedicated to sport, to being the very best I can be.

But then injury struck. For too many athletes this means end of the journey. For too many sponsors this is a reason to end their support. This is not what I want my children and other children to believe is right. I want to challenge this attitude. In sport and in life - after a fall you need to get back into the game and not give up.

This is why I am determined to defy the odds and show the world that this is just a hurdle on my path and not a good enough reason to give up on a dream. I want to show that impossible can be possible. That hurdles can be overcome. This is what I want my legacy to be.

I am an athlete and I know my strengths. I worked through pain. I know that I can reach for a medal. A medal that symbolises a victory over adversity.
