Our daughter and her school friends have been offered an amazing, once in a lifetime opportunity to spend 2 weeks in Borneo next year! This is NOT just a holiday. They will be expected to work on an environmental community project such as maintenance of village buildings and organising a sports day for the local children. They will also be doing work on conservation of the endangered Sun Bear and Orangutan. So lots of good causes. But the work starts now! Part of the Outlook Expedition programme is for the teens to raise the money to cover the trip themselves, through work, fundraising, pocket money, birthday/christmas money etc £2995 each to be exact! So here we are, asking our friends and family to share and support Lani‘s fundraising efforts over the next 12months and/or donate if they can. Thank you 😀
