In memory of my beautiful nephew Baby Ben Corrigan on what would of been his 1st birthday. Memories are better than dreams provided pallative care and support to Ben and to my sister and family during a difficult time.
My nephew Ben was diagnosed with hypoplastic left hearth syndrome meaning the left side of his heart did not form correctly.
Ben was born on Thursday 17th of March 2016 with the support from the charity we were able to take Ben home to be with his big brother Jamie (13) and big sister Megan (5).
While his short time at home Ben enjoyed a walk in his pram around the village meeting lots of people .A bath from his mummy,brother and sister (which Ben didnt enjoy as much) And lots of visits from family and friends.
Unfortunately due to his condition on Saturday 19th March 2016 Ben passed away at home surrounded by family . With support from a Doctor and nurses from Memories are better than dreams.
