Everyone's aware that my Mum was treated AMAZINGLY at Sheffield Northern General Hospital, in the final 2 days of her life. She was looked after by the amazing staff in the ICU/Critical Care department.
NHS hospital's really struggle for funding, as we all know and sometimes they don't have enough beds for the patients who REALLY need them. Staff members sometimes have to disregard budgets that are in place and have to juggle the importance of patients treatment and welfare, in order to accommodate new patients that come into the hospital.

My 2 sisters, my partner and brother in law are completing a sky dive on 2nd June - something that Roy always wanted to do. I thought it would be a fantastic idea to combine all 3 and to raise as much money as possible to help our hospital staff and hospital departments.

We really do take the NHS for advantage and we don't realize just how much they do for us until we are in the position where we REALLY need them.

Sheffield wrote to us last time we raised money for them, saying that all fundraising was going towards specialist equipment that they need for the ICU department, but don't currently have the money for.

Please help us to raise the funds to help our hospitals so that they can continue to help us!
