On the 14th of May 2017 my lovely friend Kim and I are doing a triathalon in Holmfirth. We have never done anything like this before, and fancied setting our self a challenge. I have set up this sponsor ship to help raise money for my friend Louisa’s charity "Jaxons gift”. This charity has provided support for my family this past couple of years. The charity raises money to supply bereaved children with forget me not boxes after they have experienced baby loss in their family, and other projects which help bereaved families. This is a charity that is close to my heart after loosing our baby boy Lewis James on 14th November 2014....We have only recently given Isla her 'forget me not' box as we felt at 2 she was a bit young to understand why her baby brother never made it home. The 'forget me not' box has helped make it a little easier explaining to Isla about her baby brother, and she now has this to always remember him.
The triathalon is definitely going to be tough but I'm sure we will get each other to the finish line with the help of cheers from our gorgeous children, Isla, Lily, Finlay and Benjamin, and of course my beautiful angel baby Lewis flying high in the sky.
