Sometimes healthy lifestyles get taken too far.... escalating into excessive exercise. They never think they have anything wrong - only eating clean and exercising lots. Active lifestyles, perfectionist nature and motivation lead to a place where anorexic mindses take over. Bodies start to shut down.

So it only seems right to do something positive to help, an illness that is life changing needs a life changing event. I have decided to trek The Great Wall of China for 9 days to raise money for a local treatment centre and Eating Disorder Service. These amazing people physically helped rebuild patients and show that there is a life after Anorexia.

I would just like to give something back to the service. If I can help people along the way through support and education - even better!
