Story
Jacob is a gorgeous little boy who sadly has leukeamia and will be having treatment at Alder Hey childrens hospital until May 2020.
On September 1st I will be taking part in the Welsh Warrior and hoping for sponsors to help me raise money for Jacob and his family while he has treatment .
