So, as a lot of people know, in April 2008 we lost our dearest Becky who was a loving sister to Natalie and myself, Beck suffered a lot in her short time that she was ill (14 months). At the age of 17 she was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, which is a rare form of cancer. Becky was a kind, caring, thoughtful, outgoing, bubbly person who left an imprint on whoever she came into contact with.

After the loss of our sister/daughter, our mother decided to create a charity in memory of Becky but also to help raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust. Our charity is 'Coppers for Cancer' where the clue is in the name. In the 9 and a bit years that 'Coppers for Cancer' has been up and running we have so far donated £10,000 directly to Teenage Cancer Trust, with the amount raised altogether so far being £12,000+ .
