Dobbers final farewell party!

Everybody will now know the sad news that our deeply loved and adored uncle Alan Daubney (Dobber) slipped away on wednesday night.

The out pouring of love that the family have been shown since his passing has been absolutely enormous and everyone who knew him cannot ever have missed his smile or his laughter, it was who he was and defined him. He was popular and so well loved in the Highfield area, where he grew up and lived. There wont be many from the area who did not know him.

Sadly our family have been left with this huge hole because he has gone! He is irreplaceable there wasn't and wont ever be another like him.

His children Emma, Jade and Jack are beyond heartbroken and i wanted to do something to help ease the burden of having to worry about the financial cost of the funeral.

Dobber had the happiest outlook and loved to make other people happy. He never begrudged anyone or anything. He could cheer you up even when you were at your lowest. His smile alone was enough to brighten any day. In his usual selfless way he even made sure it was known when he passed he wouldn't like a mournful wake but instead he wanted a party!......and that is what we are going to do for him!!!! Grant him his wish and throw him a party, just as he wanted.

Dobber has gone from our lives far too soon and i know that there will be hundreds of people who will come to say goodbye to him.

We are requesting please only family flowers for his coffin but would like to invite you instead, if you wish to donate to this funeral cost fund. Funerals are expensive and the cost of them is worry for us as a bereaved family, at this very traumatic time in our lives.

To all those who like us, loved my uncle Alan please could you donate if you can.
