SPONSORED SLIM WAS COMPLETED 21/12/17. I LOST A TOTAL OF 57lbs.

As some of you may know I am an active fundraiser for a local charity called Friends of Face2Face Cornwall. Face2Face are specially trained parents/carers of disabled children/young people who support other parent's dealing with their child's diagnosis and the many issues surrounding parenting a child with additional needs. They offer emotional and practical support and I know from experience the huge difference they can make. The service was previously funded by Cornwall Council for many years but due to the cutbacks funding was lost nearly 3 years ago. Scope then funded the service but it is due to run out in about 8 months time, after which time the service will end. As a group of parents we have decided we cannot let this happen and are looking to continue to fund the service ourselves. Therefore, I am going to do a SPONSORED SLIM. The funds will go to Friends of Face2Face. My start date will be Thursday 27th July and end date will be Thursday 14th December. This is 20 weeks. I will get both the start and end weights verified by my Weight Watcher's coach. I am going to aim for 50lbs. If you would like to sponsor me either by the pound or just a donation, no matter how small, please let me know. I will sort out a sponsor form. Thank you x
