My mum was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2014 she had radiotherapy everyday for 6 weeks and chemotherapy for 12 weeks then as of 2015 the cancer then laid dormant for a year the cancer then came back in 2016 and a second lump in the same lung appeared so more chemo but this time mum couldn't face anymore it was taking its toll on her body so she decided no more treatment and whilst the lung was behaving itself and slow growing in 2017 mum was diagnosed with secondary cancer this time in her brain where she has another two tumours and is now palative care. mum has to live with someone now as she requires 24/7 care so she has had to move in with my sister lucy but unfortunately the house needs a few adaptations but they won't supply a stairlift which means mums sleeping in an armchair in the living room which is wrong. we never wanted to have to ask for help but unfortunately times are hard and we cannot afford to just lay out money for a stairlift.. So we are asking the wonderful public for their help in a small donation to make this possible and any other adaptations mum may need. Thank you to all for helping our WONDERFUL MUM!!
