Iv been watching something for a few weeks now that has really pulled at the heart strings and last night I decided to act and try to do a little bit to help....with your help!

A friend of mine has been posting on facebook and raising money for HER friend whos young son Harry is bravely fighting Cancer at the tender young age of 3!!
I do not know the family personally but I know that no child should be in this position and even though I don't have kids (that I know about) i tried to imagine myself in that parental position and it's gut wrenching!! The daily struggles this young boy and his young parents face every single day is something uncomprehendible. They should be out playing on the park and feeding ducks not living the nightmare that they are.

So.....
I am going to run a 1 week only just giving page (so it's not a long winded effort just a quick 7 day smash!!) and put myself DEEEEP in the hurt locker to try and raise just a couple of hundred pounds towards his treatment and to help send him to Lapland with his family once his treatment is complete.

The plan....
NEXT weekend starting at 10am on saturday morning (28th) I will be attempting 24 INSANITY workouts from the official programme in 24 hours. That is over a months worth of HIIT sessions in 24 hours. 1 every hour on the hour for 24 hours! Each session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes and are pretty brutal but that is nothing compared to the pain this little guy must be going through!

The catch....there's always a catch with me 😂💪
I want at least 1 training partner with me on EVERY single session to help keep me going, whether you set your alarm for it or stroll in off a night out at 4am it doesn't matter but I want someone pushing me especially through the dark hours!!

I will leave a 24 hour sheet in the gym with a time slot, at least 1 person on every time slot but there is no upper limit, the more the merrier!
