Story
I am going a challenge of running 13.1 miles (half marathon) between doing 15 lots of the PTSD 22 press up challenge seems simple enough but have training trying to do 4/5 sets of 22 and it's hard going this is going to push me but what a corse to do it for the people I'm trying to help put the life on the line for us all and I feel i need to try and give something back to them my personal target is £50 just to give something back to these Hero's of ours it would be wonderful if any of you could support this I will be putting in too and thank you for reading this I best get back too training
