Jay, Jack, Tom and Ella would like to buy a picnic table to go by the river in Ty Mawr in memory of their dad. The picnic tables are expensive and you can only get certain ones from a company that Ty Mawr deal with. So they came up with the idea to raise some money by doing something that Lee loved to do.

Lee loved going up Snowdon and had always told the boys that he would take them but never got round to it mainly due to the fact that I would always put him off as he wanted me to go too. After my one & only experience of Snowdon with Lee I always swore there was no way I would ever go back again (that's a long story)!

Well as you all know Lee was adventurous and there are probably a million ways we could keep his memory alive doing something fun & raising money but the most popular idea with the kids was walking up snowdon (I'm sure only because they know how funny Lee would think it was that I had to go too)!

So after much debate and me buying walking shoes 😳 (Never was I ever planning on buying myself or Ella walking shoes!!!!) they convinced me to agree to walking up Snowdon.

We will be doing this walk on the day that marks a year since Lee died. Anyone who wants to join us is more than welcome. The more the merrier to make this a fun & memorable day as it can be.
