Weʼve raised £460 to Fund the Len Marsh Award for Academic Progression in the field of Initial Teacher Training.

    Lincoln, UK
Funded on Sunday, 14th October 2018

Don't have time to donate right now?

    Story

The Alumni of Bishop Grosseteste University are establishing an award in Memory of Professor Len Marsh Principal of Bishop Grosseteste College for 22 years (1974-1996).

IF YOU ARE AN ALUMNI WHO WOULD LIKE TO REMEMBER LEN PLEASE DONATE TO THIS AWARD.

On the run up to graduation, academics who teach on the Initial Teacher Training courses will be asked to nominate suitable students who have made real academic progression throughout the duration of their course. Proposals (name and a short brief on why they are being nominated) will be judged by the Head of School for Teacher Development. The winner will receive the prize money (as decided by the donating alumni) and be recognised during their graduation ceremony and also in the graduation programme.

This way Len's name will live on at BG.
