During my big' 50' year I wanted to help others. Unfortunately events have taken a turn and now I have more reason than before to make this a brilliant year. Please help me help those who are dear to me.

I would like to raise as much as possible for the following charities :

Marie Curie - without whom we would have struggled more than we did in caring for Mum.

British Heart Foundation - to help research into heart disease and fund more surgeons so operations can take place sooner.

Dementia UK - to again fund research into the causes and diagnosis into dementia in young patients.

I have already run 3 x 10km runs - In April Jun and July but will now

Run the Great North Run on 10 September

I have such generous friends and have already raised £240 but please help me raise my target of £200 per charity. Thank you so much.xx
