My name is Lesley and last night yet again I had to console my sister who for months now is suffering extreme knee pain. She has been diagnosed with Osteonocrosis which means a segment of bone loses its blood supply and begins to die. This condition literally means "bone death." ...

She has tried every type of pain relief and now needs at least a knee arthroscopy to try and give her some relief.

I know many people endure pain whilst waiting on NHS treatment but Jane is nearly 35 now and desperate to have a wee baby but this will not be possible for her until she can walk properly again.

I want to help her because she has suffered her whole life from mental health problems as a result of being bullied at school and we also lost our beloved Mum 3 years ago suddenly. Thankfully she has met a wonderful man to love her and I just want to help her dream of having a wee family come true. We are just a working class family so private treatment is out of the question without some help. I would be so grateful for any donation no matter the amount to help her enjoy life again as she is house bound.
