Story
Our dearest friend Libs lost her courageous battle with cancer on the 11th October 2017. In memory of liberty Grace Schurer we her friends would like to raise funds to contribute towards a bench and a tree in the Garden Of Rest in Chalfont St Peter. This can be a place for Libertys friends and family to visit and share memories of our beautiful Angel Libs. On 25th November 2017 we are holding a coffee afternoon to raise funds. We hope you can join us. However, we have set up this page for those of you who can not make it but would like to contribute.
