A few months ago on instagram I found this amazing lady @vicki__nicu_mum who is now a great friend I read her story about her little boy Elijah, the little heart warrior and I was just overwhelmed with how hard it has been for them all as family. I started to talk to Vicki and she told me about some amazing charities that help little kids who have gone through hard times and one just really stuck with me. This charity is Tiny Superheroes there idea is simple empowering kids who are going through icredibly hard journeys. They will send capes to children who have overcome an illness or still struggling to overcome one to let then know how amazing and brave they are. I will be running a 5K Pretty Muddy on 10th September and hope that you will donate anything you can so we can make these little ones feel brave and like they can achieve anything.
