I will be doing a 10K run in Leeds on 5th November 2017 as a sponsored event for my trip. I would be so grateful of any donations. In Summer 2018, I, along with 14 others from my school will be travelling to South Africa. The Bambisanani Partnership is a partnership that my school, St Mary's Menston, have with Mnyakanya High School in KwaZulu-Natal. Founded in 2006, our partnership uses sport at the forefront to develop international understanding, education, health and leadership. While I am out there, we will be engaging with the young people of our age at the high school, teaching a wide range of subjects at the nearby primary school, and also visiting the Zulufadder Orphanage. We are encouraged to raise our funds for this trip which will cost in total around £2000. This is an amazing trip that really benefits the lives of children who are not as lucky as us. We are helping these children to get the best education that they deserve.
