To all family and friends. Thank you so much for your great support. I enjoyed the abseil so much that I would do it again. It gave me such a thrill and to see so many of you there on the day to support me was fantastic. I see my oncologist on 3 August and if all is well, I shall have to think of something else to do that will give me the strength to keep on fighting this cancer. Thank you once again. Vic

Hi everyone. He has done it and enjoyed every second. As soon as he touched the ground he said he wanted to do it again.we had lots of family and friends come to watch which made him feel good. Thank you to everyone for their support.

Hi Everyone. Today Vic went to see the Oncologist. The results are GOOD! The Cancer is STATIC. Vic is determined to live life to the full even though he gets very breathless and tired. He has no intention of hanging around waiting for the cancer to take hold. The only 'hanging around' he is going to do is on the 4 June when he will go down the Spinnaker Tower. Life is very precious, take good care of it.

Yesterday we went to a coffee morning run by HASAG in Southampton and met other SURVIVORS of Mesothelioma and were really inspired. There was a nurse from Mesothelioma.uk who answered lots of questioned we had and we even met 2 people who are now in their 7th year of this disease and they both look really well. We came away from there feeling much more positive and eager to live a full life together and hopefully help others cope with this illness. In the afternoon we were invited to Salisbury Hospice to meet the staff. A GOOD DAY
