Story
Cancer patients deserve the very best.
Derriford hospital in Plymouth are respected for delivering some of the best treatments available.
But the environment in which they treat their patients is cramped.
The oncology department challenge is to improve the space patients are treated in and make a difference to their day.
Their aim is to raise as much money as possible. The funds will be used to create a new, larger Chemotherapy Unit and Clinic Facilities at Derriford Hospital.
My mum has cancer and has spent many days in the Chemotherapy unit. The staff there are wonderful.
I would like to help a little bit by raising money for their callenge so I can give them something back.
My aim is to raise £200.00 by running the Manchester Marathon on the 2nd April 2017.
