Story
This has been created in an effort to try and get Aidan Wallwork returned safely to the UK as soon as possible.
Aidan was last seen on 27th June 2015 and we have not seen or heard his voice since that day!
His mother has had 4 high court orders from The Royal Courts of Justice in London and even through there is a warrant for her arrest she still refuses to willingly return Aidan to this jurisdiction.
The Police, Interpol and the Foreign Commonwealth Office will not get involved as its too high risk.
As Kuwait is a non Hague state it makes extradition more or less impossible.
We worry that there are more serious concerns especially as Aidan is autistic. He has been dragged out of his routine and his mother has changed every single part of his life which will have a detrimental effect on Aidan."
The legal costs involved are huge, the funds will go to a Kuwaiti legal team who area ready to take custody proceedings against Aidan's mother to hopefully get Aidan back ASAP.
Over the next few months we, as a family, will be doing all we can to try and raise the money for the legal fees.

8 years agoUPDATE - we have now raised £1500.00 for our fund to instruct the legal team in Kuwait. The reason our balance is showing 0 is that we have to send the first instalment to the legal team. The first part of the process is that we have to have a Power of Attorney signed in the UK by a notary public, this then has to be sent to the British Commonwealth for their signature and then to the Kuwait Embassy in the UK for their signature. Eventually the document will then make its way to Kuwait to the solicitor.
