Open House Nottingham is a organisation that gives support to women experiencing mental health issues pre and post natally. Twelve years ago I had pre and post natal depression and there was no Open House. To be able to have someone who had experienced the same would have been very comforting to me and this is what Open House offers women in the same position. Peer support is a key factor in recovery.
