I will be taking part in the Kilamanjaro Climb in Aug 2018, for me this will be a life changing event, a year and half ago I had a full knee replacement and have been trying to get fit again after reaching a weight of 20 stone - ( you really don't know how hard it is to see that in print, its totally humiliating if I am honest) I have lost over two stone currently and am working on the rest in a gym. I needed a target to help me and this is my target . Doing something for others and helping me too. Cleft - Bridging the gap helps mend cleft lip and palate for babies, children , teens and adults all over the world.
