Story
Mind UK are a charity who help and support people and their families who are suffering mental heath problems. As a family unfortunately we have experienced how devastating mental health can be for all involved and because of this I have decided to run the Kent coastal half marathon on Sunday 3rd September. Please give as much as you are able to afford people need all the support possible at times in their lives. Mental health can effect anyone at anytime. Thank you xxx 😘
