Story
My name is Lisa Moloney and I live in Ipswich , Suffolk ( UK)I have been wheelchair dependant for over 5 years now after being diagnosed with Severe arthritis in my hips back and knees in early 2012. I was born with a Congenital dislocated hip and also Congenital Hypothyroidism which affects my health in ways of severe Fatigue and profoundly reduced Metabolism. Up until now I have relied on a clunky NHS wheelchair which is now, very worn and I cannot self propel as it is very heavy , which means I am always dependant on someone else to take me out . I do have a scooter but that only serves me locally , to my shops or the library ..I turned 40 in January and I really do want to claim some of my independence back ... getting buses , trains on my own to visit friends , which I would be able to do in a lighter weight, more up to date chair ...
I would be so grateful if u could contribute to my fund .. Thank you in advance
