Hi Everyone this is my nephew who was born a bit before he was expected. He also arrived with a club foot. He has to attend Sheffield Childrens Hospital which is over 100miles from his home in Mablethorpe. George has been a very brave little boy he has had 1 small operation and has had a plastercast on his leg to try and rectify his foot. His parents can only get to the hospital via a cab which cost over £200 return as transport links are very poor. His parents are not working and are unable to get any help towards travel costs and are now at the point of not being able to contine Georges weekly treatment due to these costs. Although George has had the plastercast on it hasnt worked and really needs ongoing treatment. Please could you all help us out as George is nearly 6months old and is not going to be able to walk without suffering pain and further complications. I appeal for your help even if is a small amount it all adds up. Lets get help for George xxx
