Hi all, a few of you may already know that my very close friend Tracie Knight sadly lost her husband recently to cancer, I am doing a fundraising walk up mount snowdon on October 15th to help raise money and awareness to the amazing work the staff do at forest home, as I'm sure you can all agree it takes special people to be able to do this job and I would like to help in anyway possible to ensure the amazing work they do can carry on, so I'd very much appreciate anyone that would like to sponsor me towards this good cause and follow myself Dave Hoyland and the Fight for Fitness crew on our journey up the mountain x please share so we can raise as much as possible xxx
