So once again i am off with a challenge. This time though, to many the challenge will sound small, but to me and for many reasons this is tough. I am doing a 5km bootneck challenge on September 16th. An obstacle course and my first one at that...............3 miles (5km) to many won't sound like much but with a knee that isnt good and obstacles thrown in this is huge to me. Completing this will mean me facing fears and doing and trying things that not only have i not done since i was a child when fear didn't come into it but also something i haven't done with a knee that can't kneel and a body that can no longer run..................i fully intend to try every obstacle and in some ways i feel sorry for the people who have agreed to do it with me and help me through it............hopefully i won't cause them too many issue and they will still be my friends at the end of it!
