2 years ago Sarah was diagnosed with Sarcoma which she went on to fight and it appeared she had beaten it unfortunately that wasn't meant to be the end of last year she became poorly again a chest infection so the doctors thought but this time it was secondary cancer which became quite aggressive she had 12 shadows showing and it has spread right through her body it has now taken over her legs lungs and throat which is really sad to witness, Sarah has always been a live for today person always up for a laugh.
Throughout this terrible time she has tried to remain upbeat and not let anything get her down, today Sarah has taken her journey from Christies hospital over to the Hospice in Bury where she will live out her final days it's heartbreaking knowing the end is near.
I am hoping to raise enough money to give Sarah the best send off possible and let it be a celebration of her life the way it should be. 27 is no age to go!
