Swindon RFC are proud to introduce The Roses, our first-ever Under 12s girls’ rugby team. These trailblazing young players are passionate, fearless, and ready to make history at our club.

But they need your help....Right now, our facilities aren’t set up to support girls the way they should be. We don’t yet have separate changing rooms and shower areas for the team – something that’s not just a matter of comfort, but of dignity, privacy, and inclusion.

We’re determined to change that!

With your help, we can:

-Build dedicated changing and shower facilities for the Roses

-Create a safe, private space that makes girls feel welcomed and valued

-Show these players – and the next generation – that rugby is for everyone

This isn’t just about facilities. It’s about belonging, equality, and encouraging girls to thrive in a sport they love.
