Story

Hi Guys! It’s that time of year again when I will join ADRA in raising funds for charity. This year we are running 13k I am therefore asking for a generous donation from you please!The run takes place in Crystal Palace Park on the 29th April however given I will be away on my Hols then - I will do the run there - in St Lucia. Last year I raised around £350 - this year my goal is £500 - £1000. Please take a look at the promo video attached to see what we are raising funds for this year.

Hi all, I completed my Fun Run although I didn’t quite make the 13 miles due to the heat and a long standing back issue - I managed 9.5 miles.
