Story
I'm taking part in a 10k mud run on 24th June this year, I'm hoping to raise funds to give to various organisations/charities that help people with mental health problems.
My cousin (pictured) took his life last October due to not getting the correct professional help that he needed to deter his way of thinking.
Mental health is a disease that isn't fully understood by many, yet many people are affected by it.
The proceeds will also be used for activities within the community for those suffering with mental health problems.
