The picture is my daughter Sadie at 18 months having had surgery for a dislocated hip. Sadie is now 23 and is suffering various health problems, she was born with shallow hip sockets - after x rays and MRI scans it has been found that her left hip needs major surgery to be bolted into place. In addition to the major surgery needed on her hip she is also waiting for surgery on a hiatus hernia in her esophagus which makes it hard to digest food and causes acid reflux making her constantly vomit. This has resulted in her recently losing her job through illness she is desperate to get better and back to work.

I am hoping to raise money to take away some of the stress of her poor health and to help improve her quality of life. She would not ask for this herself, as her mum I want to help her by crowdfunding, she has been ill now for a year and has lost 4 stone in weight i would like to raise money to help relieve some of the pressure her condition is causing her .
