Story
Hi, I'm Lottie Livesey and I have been fortunate enough to be selected to go on an international charity trip with Girl Guiding in July 2018.....if I can find the necessary funding!
I am fundraising for a trip to Brasov, Romania. We will be working at an orphanage with children with learning difficulties, on two different projects; one will be classroom-based, where our brief will be teaching through creativity and the second will be assisting with renovation works at the orphanage itself. We will be working with a UK based company called Projects Abroad, who have close links with several schools and orphanages in Brasov.
More than half of the children in Romania are at risk of poverty due to the global economic crisis of 2008. Thank you very much, no matter how big or small your donation.
