Story
I'm Louis and I've signed up for my school's 2018 South Africa exchange trip! I've agreed I'll raise a percentage of the costs myself – so I've decided to do a triathlon and I'll be running, swimming and cycling my way to Cape Town! The trip begins end of January so the triathlon will be on Friday 5th January. I'll post more updates with details but for now, please could you sponsor me? Enkosi!

6 years agoDear Friends, Thank you so much for sponsoring Louis in his South Africa school exchange triathlon. It was incredibly kind of you. Here's a pic of Lou after a super Friday at Kingston Baths / Richmond Park. Louis swam 1km, cycled 10km and ran 5km. He was determined not to fall short of the goals he'd set himself, in spite of average triathlon distances for an 11-yr-old being 75m, 3km and 1,500m. (Why did I not check this beforehand?!). 6 years agoHi guys! Thank you SO much for your support. Louis is now in training and we'll get some photos of him swimming in a lake in Sussex this coming week to prove it! His triathlon is on 5 January and we'll let you know how that goes, of course. In the meantime, have a great Christmas! x
